Top of Table Mountain is a must. You’ll take the scenic cable car to the summit, where breathtaking panoramic views stretch across Cape Town’s coastline, the entire Cape Colony and its celebrated wine lands reaching toward distant mountains. From this elevated vantage point, the plateau, slopes and varied terrain come into focus, offering the clearest way to understand how the geography, climate and ocean influence shape South Africa’s landscapes. To celebrate the moment, you’ll pop a bottle of South African MCC (Méthode Cap Classique) at the summit, enjoying fine bubbles while overlooking the landscapes that give these scenic highlight. Quad bike through the stunning white sand dunes, hike to the top of Lion’s Head for more epic views, soar above the city with a paragliding experience from Signal Hill, or dive into the deep with a heart-pounding shark cage dive. If that’s not enough, take a thrilling helicopter ride over the city or enjoy some downtime shopping at the V&A Waterfront, where the energy never stops. A sundowner boat cruise to catch one of the most incredible sunsets, watching Cape Town glow beneath the Atlantic Ocean. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the day.

Day 3: The Cape Peninsula

After breakfast at the hotel, then set off on an exciting scenic drive to Boulders Beach, home to a lively colony of adorable African penguins. Spend time watching these charming, waddling creatures in their natural habitat. Next, head to Cape Point, where history and natural beauty collide. Explore and hear the fascinating tales of this legendary spot, once known as the meeting point of the Atlantic and the Indian oceans. Then continue through the stunning Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where you’ll be awestruck by the rugged coastline and towering cliffs. After lunch, drive via Chapman's peak with views of great sunsets as you return to the hotel.

Day 4: Cape town to Winelands

After breakfast we will visit the Cape winelands and indulgent in a full day exploring the Cape Winelands, guests are treated to a relaxed and flexible Cape Town leisure day designed to restore energy while still offering meaningful experiences. The day begins with a slow, unhurried breakfast at the hotel, allowing guests to ease into the morning. Late morning we will the hit to Stellenbosch where we will learn and get to taste some of the best best wines in the region. While slowly making our way to Franshoek we will keep learning and exploring the different styles and different vineyards that embrace the art of wine making while offering the quality service and grape varietals. The day concludes gently with fine dinner at the hotel where we will explore some food and win pairing.

Day 5: Franshoek Region

After a relaxed breakfast, you will have the opportunity to board the famous Franschhoek Wine Tram, a charming open-air tram that offers a scenic journey through some of the valley’s most celebrated wine estates.
